OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE CAPABILITIES
Turnkey systems and engineered solutions
In addition to providing the client with the concept of the water and wastewater treatment solution, the client will also be provided with the physical water treatment unit that will be used on site. We will assist with the assembly of the complete water treatment unit. As such, the client can be provided with a complete solution from the site assessment and evaluation to the actual water treatment unit required.
Project management
After the client has given the go-ahead for the water treatment unit to be built. We will provide in-house project management, from the time when the unit is built to the installation and commissioning and operation of the unit. The required plant documentation, i.e. operating manuals, drawings, etc, will be given to the client. Training of operating staff will also be provided.
After-sale service
After the commissioning of the water treatment unit, the client will not be left alone to handle all the maintenance of the unit. We believe that the relationship with the customer must continue even after the commissioning of the unit. As such, we will assist the client to operate and maintain the water treatment plant through regular site visits, and were agreed upon with the customer, a service level agreement contract will be drawn up for the customer. This will assist the customer in the proper operation and maintenance of their water treatment unit.
